Town Council Takes Up Canonchet Farm ReviewThe Narragansett Planning Board has completed its review of the Canonchet Farm Master Plan and submitted its report to the Narragansett Town Council on Monday, August 16, 2010. The Town Council accepted the report and scheduled a workshop with the Planning Board to review the document prior to opening up public hearings on the master plan revision. The Friends of Canonchet Farm held a special meeting of members and nonmembers at the Narragansett Community Center on Thursday June 25, 2009 to discuss key differences between the Canonchet Farm Master Plan Review Committee's report and our vision and recommendations for the property.
